Powerstax
plc is the new name announced for the power solutions provider Advanced
Power Conversion PLC.
Effective
from 19th May 2005, the change of name marks another milestone in
the Company’s development after a period of rapid evolution
and growth.
“The
Powerstax plc name refreshes our branding and strengthens the Company's
international identity with a name that is distinctive, memorable
and relevant to a high-tech power conversion company” said
Chief Executive Officer, Tim Worley. Adding “We received a
very positive reaction to the proposed name change from our customers,
visitors to Electronica 2004 and from our EMEA and US sales channels.
Keeping the same strong colour schemes and product branding has
allowed us to demonstrate continuity and make the important point,
that only the name has changed”.
All other company
details, including bank details are unaffected but please ensure
all communications and documents are addressed to Powerstax plc.
